I am a textile designer living in Arizona with a strong passion for creating trend-driven patterns for the fashion industry. I earned my BA in Textiles in Colombia, and later a FashionDesign Diploma in Italy. My professional career began at a polyester fabric manufacturer, where I gained valuable hands-on knowledge of textile production and the local market.

After moving to the U.S. and taking a break to raise my

family, I shifted my focus to digital design, immersing

myself in online courses to master pattern creation,

digital imaging, and illustration. This led to a freelance

role at a boutique print studio, where I had the privilege of designing prints for brands to include Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, and J Brand. When the studio closed, I saw it as a sign for a change. I pursued and obtained an MA in Art Education and later became a digital design instructor at a local college.

Though I was enriched by my academic path, my passion for pattern design never faded and the creative possibilities multiplied with time. My work continues to be deeply inspired by nature, particularly by the dynamic beauty of my native Colombia. I blend intricate hand-drawn elements with expressive textures and bold color palettes to create immersive, nature-inspired designs. I feel that this part of the process is what gives authenticity and originality to any design, not two hands paint or draw the same! My artistic style transitions from detailed drawings and watercolor or acrylic paintings to a more expressive and loose representation of the natural world.

I am eager to collaborate with brands that embrace originality and vibrant aesthetics, I strive to create unique designs that reflect on the wonders of nature and celebrate the magic of vibrant flowers and exuberant foliage under the sun.
